Terms and conditions – Time Trap Escape Room

1. Általános információk

Jelen Általános Szerződési Feltételek a Laszlo Z. Albert I.I. által, Time Trap Escape Room néven nyújtott szabadulószoba-szolgáltatások igénybevételét szabályozzák.

A foglalás elkészítésével és a Time Trap Escape Room élményben való részvétellel a résztvevők megerősítik, hogy megismerték jelen feltételeket, és vállalják azok betartását.

2. Részvételi feltételek

A játék 2–6 fős csoportok számára készült. A 14 év alatti résztvevők csak felnőtt kíséretében vehetnek részt.

Kérjük a résztvevőket, hogy a lefoglalt időpont előtt körülbelül 5–10 perccel érkezzenek meg. A 15 percnél hosszabb késés a játékra rendelkezésre álló idő csökkenését eredményezheti.

Alkohol, kábítószer vagy más, a viselkedést vagy biztonságot befolyásoló szer hatása alatt álló személyek nem vehetnek részt a játékban.

Tilos minden jogellenes, erőszakos, fenyegető, rágalmazó vagy károkozó magatartás. Ilyen esetben a belépés megtagadható, illetve a játék megszakítható.

Minden résztvevő saját felelősségére vesz részt, és köteles betartani a Game Master utasításait.

3. A játék alatti szabályok

A résztvevők kötelesek betartani a Game Master utasításait, és a szobában található elemeket kizárólag rendeltetésszerűen használhatják.

Tilos a dekoráció, felszerelések, bútorok vagy a Time Trap Escape Room területén található egyéb vagyontárgyak szándékos megrongálása.

A játékteremben a résztvevők számára fénykép- és videófelvétel készítése nem engedélyezett.

Az élményt a Game Master videó- és hangrendszerrel felügyeli a résztvevők biztonsága, a játék megfelelő lebonyolítása és szükség esetén segítségnyújtás érdekében. A rendszer videó- és hangfelvételeket készít, amelyeket legfeljebb 30 napig őrzünk, majd automatikusan törlünk. 4. Foglalások és fizetés

Foglalás online, a Time Trap Escape Room weboldalán keresztül, illetve telefonon is lehetséges.

Online foglalás után az ügyfél e-mailben kapja meg a foglalás visszaigazolását.

Az online fizetések biztonságos feldolgozása a Stripe szolgáltatásán keresztül történik. A foglalás a fizetés megerősítését követően válik aktívvá.

A bankkártyával fizető személy megerősíti, hogy a kártya tulajdonosa, vagy rendelkezik a kártyatulajdonos engedélyével annak használatára.

5. Foglalások lemondása, átütemezése és visszatérítése

A foglalás egy alkalommal díjmentesen átütemezhető, amennyiben az erre vonatkozó kérés legalább 24 órával a lefoglalt időpont előtt érkezik. Az új dátum és időpont a rendelkezésre álló szabad időpontok függvényében kerül meghatározásra.

A már egyszer átütemezett foglalás rendes körülmények között nem ütemezhető át ismét. Kivételes esetben a Time Trap Escape Room saját mérlegelése alapján újabb módosítást is elfogadhat.

Amennyiben a lemondás legalább 24 órával a foglalás időpontja előtt történik, az ügyfél az alábbi lehetőségek közül választhat:

a foglalás egyszeri, díjmentes átütemezése; vagy
a kifizetett összeg visszatérítése, amelyből levonásra kerülnek a banki és/vagy fizetési szolgáltatói díjak, valamint 5% adminisztrációs díj.

A foglalás időpontja előtt kevesebb mint 24 órával érkező lemondás vagy átütemezési kérés esetén a kifizetett összeg nem téríthető vissza, és az átütemezés nem garantált. Kivételes esetben a Time Trap Escape Room saját mérlegelése alapján engedélyezheti az átütemezést.

Ha a foglalást a Time Trap Escape Room mondja le, az ügyfél választhat a teljes kifizetett összeg visszatérítése és a foglalás díjmentes átütemezése között.

A fogyasztók jogairól szóló 34/2014. számú sürgősségi kormányrendelet (OUG nr. 34/2014) 16. cikk (1) bekezdés l) pontja alapján a távollévők között kötött szerződésekre vonatkozó elállási jog nem alkalmazható olyan szabadidős szolgáltatásokra, amelyek esetében a szerződés konkrét teljesítési időpontot vagy időszakot határoz meg.

Ennek megfelelően a Time Trap Escape Room meghatározott dátumra és időpontra szóló foglalásaira nem vonatkozik a törvényes 14 napos elállási jog. A foglalások lemondása, átütemezése és visszatérítése a jelen szakaszban meghatározott feltételek szerint történik.

6. Utalványok

A Time Trap Escape Room utalványai a kiállítás napjától számított 3 hónapig érvényesek.

Az utalvánnyal történő foglalás a rendelkezésre álló játékidőpontoktól, valamint a jelen Általános Szerződési Feltételekben meghatározott egyéb szabályoktól függ.

7. Felelősség

A résztvevők kötelesek az élmény teljes időtartama alatt betartani a szabályokat, biztonsági utasításokat és a Game Master rendelkezéseit.

A jogszabályok által megengedett mértékben a Time Trap Escape Room nem vonható felelősségre olyan eseményekért vagy károkért, amelyek a résztvevők számára közölt szabályok, biztonsági utasítások vagy rendelkezések megszegéséből erednek.

A résztvevők felelősségre vonhatók a Time Trap Escape Room felszereléseinek vagy vagyontárgyainak szándékos vagy nem rendeltetésszerű használatból eredő megrongálásáért.

8. Személyes adatok védelme

A foglalásokkal, fizetésekkel és a Time Trap Escape Roommal folytatott kommunikációval kapcsolatban megadott személyes adatokat az alkalmazandó adatvédelmi jogszabályoknak megfelelően kezeljük.

9. Az Általános Szerződési Feltételek módosítása

A Time Trap Escape Room fenntartja a jogot jelen Általános Szerződési Feltételek frissítésére, amennyiben ez a szolgáltatások, belső eljárások vagy az alkalmazandó jogi követelmények változása miatt szükséges.

A frissített változat a weboldalon kerül közzétételre, az utolsó frissítés dátumának feltüntetésével.

1. Informații generale

Prezentele Termeni și Condiții reglementează utilizarea serviciilor de escape room oferite de Laszlo Z. Albert I.I., prin activitatea Time Trap Escape Room.

Prin efectuarea unei rezervări și participarea la experiența Time Trap Escape Room, participanții confirmă că au luat cunoștință de prezentele condiții și sunt de acord să le respecte.

2. Condiții de participare

Jocul este destinat grupurilor formate din 2–6 persoane. Participanții cu vârsta sub 14 ani trebuie să fie însoțiți de un adult.

Participanții sunt rugați să se prezinte cu aproximativ 5–10 minute înainte de ora rezervată. Întârzierile de peste 15 minute pot determina reducerea timpului disponibil pentru joc.

Participarea persoanelor aflate sub influența alcoolului, drogurilor sau a altor substanțe care pot afecta comportamentul ori siguranța este interzisă.

Este interzis orice comportament ilegal, violent, amenințător, defăimător sau dăunător. În astfel de situații, accesul poate fi refuzat, iar jocul poate fi întrerupt.

Toate persoanele participă pe propria răspundere și trebuie să respecte instrucțiunile oferite de Game Master.

3. Reguli în timpul jocului

Participanții trebuie să respecte indicațiile Game Master-ului și să utilizeze elementele din cameră numai în scopul pentru care acestea au fost concepute.

Este interzisă deteriorarea intenționată a decorului, echipamentelor, mobilierului sau a altor bunuri aflate în incinta Time Trap Escape Room.

Fotografierea și filmarea de către participanți în interiorul camerei de joc nu sunt permise.

Experiența este monitorizată video și audio de către Game Master pentru siguranța participanților, buna desfășurare a jocului și oferirea de asistență atunci când aceasta este solicitată. Sistemul realizează înregistrări video și audio, care sunt păstrate pentru o perioadă de maximum 30 de zile, după care sunt șterse automat. 4. Rezervări și plăți

Rezervările se pot efectua online prin intermediul site-ului Time Trap Escape Room sau telefonic.

După efectuarea unei rezervări online, clientul primește confirmarea rezervării prin e-mail.

Plățile online sunt procesate în siguranță prin intermediul Stripe. Rezervarea devine activă după confirmarea plății.

Persoana care efectuează plata cu cardul confirmă că este titularul cardului sau că are permisiunea titularului pentru utilizarea acestuia.

5. Anularea, reprogramarea și rambursarea rezervărilor

O rezervare poate fi reprogramată gratuit o singură dată, dacă solicitarea este transmisă cu cel puțin 24 de ore înainte de ora rezervării. Noua dată și oră sunt stabilite în funcție de disponibilitate.

O rezervare care a fost deja reprogramată nu poate fi reprogramată din nou în mod obișnuit. În situații excepționale, Time Trap Escape Room poate accepta o nouă modificare, la propria apreciere.

În cazul anulării cu cel puțin 24 de ore înainte de ora rezervării, clientul poate alege între:

o reprogramare gratuită a rezervării, efectuată o singură dată; sau
rambursarea sumei achitate, din care se vor deduce comisioanele bancare și/sau ale procesatorului de plăți, precum și un comision administrativ de 5%.

Pentru anulările sau solicitările de reprogramare transmise cu mai puțin de 24 de ore înainte de ora rezervării, suma achitată nu se rambursează, iar reprogramarea nu este garantată. În situații excepționale, Time Trap Escape Room poate accepta reprogramarea, la propria apreciere.

În cazul în care rezervarea este anulată de Time Trap Escape Room, clientul poate alege între rambursarea integrală a sumei achitate și reprogramarea gratuită a rezervării.

În conformitate cu art. 16 alin. (1) lit. l) din OUG nr. 34/2014 privind drepturile consumatorilor, dreptul de retragere prevăzut pentru contractele la distanță nu se aplică serviciilor privind activitățile de agrement atunci când contractul prevede o dată sau o perioadă de executare specifică.

Prin urmare, rezervările Time Trap Escape Room efectuate pentru o dată și o oră determinate nu beneficiază de dreptul legal de retragere de 14 zile. Anularea, reprogramarea și rambursarea rezervărilor se efectuează în conformitate cu condițiile prevăzute în prezenta secțiune.

6. Vouchere

Voucherele Time Trap Escape Room sunt valabile timp de 3 luni de la data emiterii.

Rezervarea efectuată cu voucher este supusă disponibilității intervalelor de joc și celorlalte reguli prevăzute în prezentele Termeni și Condiții.

7. Răspundere

Participanții sunt obligați să respecte regulile, instrucțiunile de siguranță și indicațiile Game Master-ului pe întreaga durată a experienței.

Time Trap Escape Room nu poate fi considerat răspunzător pentru incidente sau prejudicii rezultate din nerespectarea regulilor, instrucțiunilor de siguranță sau indicațiilor oferite participanților, în limitele permise de lege.

Participanții pot fi ținuți răspunzători pentru deteriorarea intenționată sau cauzată prin utilizarea necorespunzătoare a echipamentelor și bunurilor Time Trap Escape Room.

8. Protecția datelor cu caracter personal

Datele cu caracter personal furnizate în legătură cu rezervările, plățile și comunicarea cu Time Trap Escape Room sunt prelucrate în conformitate cu legislația aplicabilă privind protecția datelor.

Informații detaliate privind categoriile de date, scopurile prelucrării, destinatarii, perioadele de păstrare și drepturile persoanelor vizate sunt disponibile în Politica de confidențialitate .

9. Modificarea Termenilor și Condițiilor

Time Trap Escape Room își rezervă dreptul de a actualiza prezentele Termeni și Condiții atunci când acest lucru este necesar ca urmare a modificării serviciilor, procedurilor interne sau cerințelor legale aplicabile.

Versiunea actualizată va fi publicată pe site și va indica data ultimei actualizări.

1. General information

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the escape room services provided by Laszlo Z. Albert I.I. through the business Time Trap Escape Room.

By making a booking and participating in the Time Trap Escape Room experience, participants confirm that they have read these conditions and agree to comply with them.

2. Conditions of participation

The game is intended for groups of 2–6 people. Participants under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

Participants are requested to arrive approximately 5–10 minutes before the booked time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a reduction of the time available for the game.

Participation by persons under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other substances that may affect behaviour or safety is prohibited.

Any illegal, violent, threatening, defamatory or harmful behaviour is prohibited. In such situations, access may be refused and the game may be terminated.

All participants take part at their own responsibility and must follow the instructions provided by the Game Master.

3. Rules during the game

Participants must follow the Game Master’s instructions and use the elements in the room only for the purposes for which they were designed.

Intentional damage to the decorations, equipment, furniture or other property located at Time Trap Escape Room is prohibited.

Photography and filming by participants inside the game room are not permitted.

The experience is monitored by the Game Master using video and audio for participant safety, proper operation of the game and to provide assistance when requested. The system makes video and audio recordings, which are retained for a maximum of 30 days and then automatically deleted. 4. Bookings and payments

Bookings can be made online through the Time Trap Escape Room website or by telephone.

After making an online booking, the customer receives booking confirmation by email.

Online payments are processed securely through Stripe. The booking becomes active once payment has been confirmed.

The person making the card payment confirms that they are the cardholder or have the cardholder’s permission to use the card.

5. Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds

A booking may be rescheduled free of charge once, provided the request is submitted at least 24 hours before the booked time. The new date and time will be arranged subject to availability.

A booking that has already been rescheduled cannot normally be rescheduled again. In exceptional circumstances, Time Trap Escape Room may accept another change at its discretion.

If a booking is cancelled at least 24 hours before the booked time, the customer may choose between:

a one-time free rescheduling of the booking; or
a refund of the amount paid, less bank and/or payment processor fees and an administrative fee of 5%.

For cancellations or rescheduling requests submitted less than 24 hours before the booked time, the amount paid is non-refundable and rescheduling is not guaranteed. In exceptional circumstances, Time Trap Escape Room may allow rescheduling at its discretion.

If the booking is cancelled by Time Trap Escape Room, the customer may choose between a full refund of the amount paid and free rescheduling of the booking.

In accordance with Article 16(1)(l) of Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal applicable to distance contracts does not apply to services related to leisure activities where the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.

Therefore, Time Trap Escape Room bookings made for a specific date and time are not covered by the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are handled in accordance with the conditions set out in this section.

6. Vouchers

Time Trap Escape Room vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

Bookings made using a voucher are subject to the availability of game slots and the other rules set out in these Terms and Conditions.

7. Liability

Participants must comply with the rules, safety instructions and directions given by the Game Master throughout the experience.

To the extent permitted by law, Time Trap Escape Room cannot be held liable for incidents or damage resulting from failure to comply with the rules, safety instructions or directions provided to participants.

Participants may be held responsible for damage caused intentionally or through improper use of Time Trap Escape Room equipment and property.

8. Protection of personal data

Personal data provided in connection with bookings, payments and communications with Time Trap Escape Room is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

9. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

Time Trap Escape Room reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions when necessary due to changes to its services, internal procedures or applicable legal requirements.

The updated version will be published on the website and will indicate the date of the latest update.
