A Time Trap Escape Room tiszteletben tartja az Ön magánéletét és személyes adatainak védelmét. Foglalási adatok: vezetéknév, keresztnév, e-mail-cím, telefonszám, a foglalás dátuma és időpontja, a résztvevők száma és a foglaláshoz kapcsolódó információk.

Fizetési adatok: a fizetés megerősítéséhez és kezeléséhez szükséges tranzakciós állapot- és azonosító adatok. Az online fizetések feldolgozása a Stripe szolgáltatásán keresztül történik.

Videó- és hangadatok: a játékteremben működő megfigyelőrendszer által rögzített kép- és hangfelvételek, az Adatvédelmi szabályzatban meghatározott célokból.

A velünk folytatott kommunikáció során megadott adatok: azok az információk, amelyeket telefonon, e-mailben vagy más kommunikációs csatornán keresztül továbbít számunkra.

3. Az adatkezelés céljai és jogalapjai

Személyes adatokat kizárólag a szükséges mértékben és az alábbi célokból kezelünk:

a) Foglalások létrehozása és kezelése

A megadott adatokat a foglalás rögzítésére, az ügyfél azonosítására, a visszaigazolás elküldésére, az esetleges változások közlésére, valamint az átütemezéssel vagy lemondással kapcsolatos kérések kezelésére használjuk, a Time Trap Escape Room Általános Szerződési Feltételeinek megfelelően.

Jogalap: a szerződés teljesítése, illetve a szerződés megkötését megelőző szükséges lépések megtétele.

b) Fizetések feldolgozása és visszaigazolása

Az online fizetés feldolgozásához szükséges adatokat a Stripe fizetési szolgáltató kezeli. A Time Trap Escape Room a foglalás és az esetleges visszatérítések kezeléséhez szükséges adatokat kaphat a tranzakció megerősítéséről, állapotáról és azonosítójáról.

Jogalap: a szerződés teljesítése és adott esetben a vonatkozó jogi kötelezettségek teljesítése.

c) Kapcsolattartás az ügyfelekkel

A kapcsolattartási adatokat felhasználhatjuk a megkeresések megválaszolására, a foglalással kapcsolatos információk továbbítására és a játék lebonyolítását érintő változások közlésére.

Jogalap: a szerződés teljesítése, valamint adott esetben a beérkező megkeresések megválaszolásához fűződő jogos érdek.

d) A játék videó- és hangmegfigyelése

A játéktermet a Game Master videó- és hangrendszerrel felügyeli a résztvevők biztonsága, a játék megfelelő lebonyolítása és szükség esetén segítségnyújtás érdekében. A rendszer videó- és hangfelvételt készít, amelyeket legfeljebb 30 napig őrzünk meg, ezt követően automatikusan törlődnek.

Jogalap: a Time Trap Escape Room jogos érdeke a résztvevők biztonságának biztosításához, a személyek és vagyontárgyak védelméhez, valamint a tevékenység megfelelő lebonyolításához.

e) Jogi kötelezettségek teljesítése

Bizonyos adatokat akkor is kezelhetünk és megőrizhetünk, ha ez jogi, adózási vagy számviteli kötelezettségek teljesítéséhez, illetve az illetékes hatóságok megkereséseinek teljesítéséhez szükséges.

Jogalap: az adatkezelőre vonatkozó jogi kötelezettség teljesítése.

f) Kereskedelmi és marketingkommunikáció

A Time Trap Escape Room a jövőben hírekkel, ajánlatokkal, promóciókkal, eseményekkel vagy szolgáltatásokkal kapcsolatos kereskedelmi üzeneteket küldhet, kizárólag azoknak, akik erre érvényesen hozzájárultak, amennyiben a jogszabály hozzájárulást követel meg.

A foglalás során megadott adatokat nem használjuk automatikusan marketingcélokra pusztán azért, mert a felhasználó foglalást tett. A marketingkommunikációhoz adott hozzájárulás bármikor visszavonható, anélkül hogy ez érintené a visszavonást megelőző adatkezelés jogszerűségét.

Jogalap: az érintett hozzájárulása, amikor ez az alkalmazandó jogalap.

4. Ki férhet hozzá az adatokhoz és kinek továbbíthatjuk azokat?

A személyes adatokhoz való hozzáférés azokra a személyekre és szolgáltatókra korlátozódik, akiknek az hozzáférése a jelen Adatvédelmi szabályzatban meghatározott célok teljesítéséhez szükséges.

a) Time Trap Escape Room

Az adatkezelő és az általa felhatalmazott személyek a tevékenység ellátásához szükséges mértékben hozzáférhetnek a foglalási és ügyfélkommunikációs adatokhoz.

b) Fizetési szolgáltató

Az online fizetéseket a Stripe dolgozza fel. A fizetés lebonyolításához és visszaigazolásához szükséges adatok kezelése a fizetési szolgáltatás alkalmazandó feltételei és adatvédelmi szabályzata alapján történik.

A Time Trap Escape Room saját rendszerében nem tárolja a teljes bankkártyaadatokat, például a teljes kártyaszámot vagy a CVV-kódot.

c) Technikai szolgáltatók

Az adatokat szükséges mértékben kezelhetik a weboldal tárhelyét, a foglalási rendszer működését, az e-mailek továbbítását és más, a weboldal és a foglalások kezeléséhez szükséges technikai szolgáltatásokat biztosító szolgáltatók.

d) Videó- és hangmegfigyelés

A játékterem rendszeréből származó kép- és hangadatokhoz kizárólag a Game Master, illetve szükség esetén a rendszer üzemeltetésére vagy karbantartására felhatalmazott személyek férhetnek hozzá.

A felvételeket nem használjuk marketingcélokra és nem hozzuk nyilvánosságra.

e) Hatóságok és jogszabály alapján jogosult egyéb szervezetek

Az adatokat közölhetjük hatóságokkal, bíróságokkal vagy más szervezetekkel, ha ezt jogszabály írja elő, illetve ha jogi igény megállapításához, érvényesítéséhez vagy védelméhez szükséges.

5. Az adatok tárolása és megőrzési ideje

A személyes adatokat csak addig őrizzük meg, ameddig az adatgyűjtés céljának teljesítéséhez és a vonatkozó jogi kötelezettségek teljesítéséhez szükséges. A megőrzési idő az adatkategóriától és az adatkezelés céljától függ.

a) Foglalási adatok

A foglalások létrehozásához és kezeléséhez szükséges adatokat a foglalás kezelésének időtartama alatt, majd az alkalmazandó jogi kötelezettségek vagy jogi igények megállapításának, érvényesítésének vagy védelmének szükségessége által indokolt ideig őrizzük meg.

b) Fizetési adatok és pénzügyi-számviteli dokumentumok

A tranzakciókra vonatkozó információkat és az adó- vagy számviteli jogszabályok alapján megőrzendő dokumentumokat az alkalmazandó jogszabályokban előírt időtartamig tároljuk.

c) Ügyfélkommunikáció

Az e-mailben vagy más kommunikációs csatornán keresztül továbbított üzeneteket és információkat a megkeresés megoldásához szükséges ideig, valamint adott esetben a Time Trap Escape Room jogos érdekeinek védelméhez szükséges ideig őrizhetjük meg.

d) Videó- és hangfelvételek

A játékterem videó- és hangmegfigyelő rendszerével készült felvételeket legfeljebb 30 napig őrizzük meg, majd automatikusan töröljük.

Kivételes esetben egy konkrét felvétel hosszabb ideig is megőrizhető, ha ez esemény kivizsgálásához, panasz kezeléséhez, jogi igény megállapításához, érvényesítéséhez vagy védelméhez, illetve jogi kötelezettség teljesítéséhez szükséges.

e) Marketingkommunikációhoz használt adatok

Amennyiben a Time Trap Escape Room a jövőben hozzájáruláson alapuló marketingkommunikációt vezet be, az erre a célra használt adatokat a hozzájárulás visszavonásáig vagy addig kezeljük, amíg azok már nem szükségesek e célhoz, az alkalmazandó jogi kötelezettségek figyelembevételével.

6. Az Ön jogai

A GDPR és az alkalmazandó jogszabályok feltételei szerint Ön az alábbi jogokkal rendelkezik személyes adataival kapcsolatban:

a) Hozzáférési jog
Jogosult tájékoztatást kérni az Önről kezelt személyes adatokról, valamint a törvényben meghatározott feltételek mellett azok másolatát kérni.

b) Helyesbítéshez való jog
Jogosult kérni a pontatlan vagy hiányos személyes adatok helyesbítését vagy kiegészítését.

c) Törléshez való jog
Jogosult személyes adatainak törlését kérni, ha a GDPR-ban meghatározott feltételek teljesülnek. Ez a jog nem abszolút, és nem alkalmazható például akkor, ha az adatok megőrzése jogi kötelezettség teljesítéséhez vagy jogi igény megállapításához, érvényesítéséhez vagy védelméhez szükséges.

d) Az adatkezelés korlátozásához való jog
A GDPR-ban meghatározott esetekben és feltételek mellett jogosult kérni személyes adatainak korlátozott kezelését.

e) Tiltakozáshoz való jog
Jogosult tiltakozni személyes adatainak kezelése ellen, amikor az adatkezelés jogos érdeken alapul, a GDPR-ban meghatározott feltételek szerint.

f) Adathordozhatósághoz való jog
A GDPR által meghatározott esetekben jogosult az Ön által rendelkezésünkre bocsátott személyes adatokat strukturált, széles körben használt és géppel olvasható formátumban megkapni, valamint kérni azok másik adatkezelő részére történő továbbítását, amennyiben ez technikailag megvalósítható.

g) A hozzájárulás visszavonásához való jog
Amennyiben az adatkezelés hozzájáruláson alapul, jogosult a hozzájárulást bármikor visszavonni. A visszavonás nem érinti a visszavonás előtti adatkezelés jogszerűségét.

h) A közvetlen üzletszerzés elleni tiltakozás joga
Amennyiben a Time Trap Escape Room személyes adatokat használ közvetlen marketingkommunikáció céljára, Ön bármikor tiltakozhat az ilyen adatkezelés ellen.

i) Panasz benyújtásának joga
Jogosult panaszt tenni a romániai személyesadat-védelmi felügyeleti hatóságnál (ANSPDCP), ha úgy ítéli meg, hogy személyes adatainak kezelése sérti az alkalmazandó jogszabályokat.

În funcție de modul în care utilizați serviciile Time Trap Escape Room, putem prelucra următoarele categorii de date:

Date aferente rezervării: nume, prenume, adresă de e-mail, număr de telefon, data și ora rezervării, numărul de participanți și informațiile asociate rezervării.

Date aferente plății: informații privind starea și identificarea tranzacției necesare pentru confirmarea și gestionarea plății. Plățile online sunt procesate prin intermediul Stripe.

Date video și audio: imagini și sunet captate de sistemul de monitorizare din camera de joc, în scopurile descrise în prezenta Politică.

Date furnizate prin comunicarea cu noi: informațiile pe care ni le transmiteți atunci când ne contactați prin telefon, e-mail sau alte mijloace de comunicare.

3. Scopurile și temeiurile legale ale prelucrării

Datele cu caracter personal sunt prelucrate numai în măsura necesară și pentru următoarele scopuri:

a) Efectuarea și gestionarea rezervărilor

Utilizăm datele furnizate pentru înregistrarea rezervării, identificarea clientului, transmiterea confirmării, comunicarea eventualelor modificări și gestionarea solicitărilor privind reprogramarea sau anularea rezervării, în conformitate cu Termenii și Condițiile Time Trap Escape Room .

Temei legal: executarea contractului sau efectuarea demersurilor necesare înainte de încheierea acestuia.

b) Procesarea și confirmarea plăților

Datele necesare procesării plăților online sunt prelucrate prin intermediul procesatorului de plăți Stripe. Time Trap Escape Room poate primi informații privind confirmarea, starea și identificarea tranzacției, necesare pentru gestionarea rezervării și a eventualelor rambursări.

Temei legal: executarea contractului și, după caz, îndeplinirea obligațiilor legale aplicabile.

c) Comunicarea cu clienții

Putem utiliza datele de contact pentru a răspunde solicitărilor, pentru a transmite informații referitoare la rezervare și pentru a comunica eventualele modificări care afectează desfășurarea jocului.

Temei legal: executarea contractului și, după caz, interesul legitim de a răspunde solicitărilor primite.

d) Monitorizarea video și audio a jocului

Camera de joc este monitorizată video și audio de către Game Master pentru siguranța participanților, buna desfășurare a jocului și oferirea de asistență atunci când aceasta este solicitată. Sistemul realizează înregistrări video și audio, care sunt păstrate pentru o perioadă de maximum 30 de zile, după care sunt șterse automat.

Temei legal: interesul legitim al Time Trap Escape Room privind siguranța participanților, protejarea persoanelor și bunurilor și desfășurarea corespunzătoare a activității.

e) Îndeplinirea obligațiilor legale

Anumite date pot fi prelucrate și păstrate atunci când acest lucru este necesar pentru respectarea obligațiilor legale, fiscale, contabile sau pentru soluționarea unor solicitări din partea autorităților competente.

f) Comunicări comerciale și de marketing

Datele furnizate pentru efectuarea unei rezervări nu vor fi utilizate automat în scopuri de marketing doar ca urmare a efectuării rezervării. Persoanele care și-au exprimat consimțământul pentru comunicări de marketing îl pot retrage în orice moment, fără a afecta legalitatea prelucrării efectuate anterior retragerii acestuia.

Temei legal: consimțământul persoanei vizate, atunci când acesta reprezintă temeiul aplicabil.

4. Cine are acces la date și cui pot fi transmise?

Accesul la datele cu caracter personal este limitat la persoanele și furnizorii de servicii pentru care accesul este necesar în vederea îndeplinirii scopurilor descrise în prezenta Politică de confidențialitate.

a) Time Trap Escape Room

Operatorul și persoanele autorizate de acesta pot avea acces la datele aferente rezervărilor și comunicărilor cu clienții, numai în măsura necesară desfășurării activității.

b) Procesatorul de plăți

Plățile online sunt procesate prin intermediul Stripe. Datele necesare efectuării și confirmării plății sunt prelucrate în conformitate cu condițiile și politica de confidențialitate aplicabile serviciului de plată.

Time Trap Escape Room nu stochează în propriul sistem datele complete ale cardului bancar, precum numărul complet al cardului sau codul CVV.

c) Furnizorii tehnici

Datele pot fi prelucrate, în măsura necesară, de furnizorii care asigură găzduirea site-ului, funcționarea sistemului de rezervări, transmiterea e-mailurilor și alte servicii tehnice necesare funcționării site-ului și gestionării rezervărilor.

d) Monitorizarea video și audio

Accesul la imaginile și sunetul transmise de sistemul din camera de joc este limitat la Game Master și, atunci când este necesar, la persoanele autorizate pentru administrarea sau mentenanța sistemului.

Înregistrările nu sunt utilizate în scopuri de marketing și nu sunt făcute publice.

e) Autorități și alte entități prevăzute de lege

Datele pot fi comunicate autorităților publice, instanțelor sau altor entități atunci când divulgarea este impusă de lege ori este necesară pentru constatarea, exercitarea sau apărarea unui drept.

5. Stocarea și perioada de păstrare a datelor

Datele cu caracter personal sunt păstrate numai atât timp cât este necesar pentru îndeplinirea scopurilor pentru care au fost colectate, precum și pentru respectarea obligațiilor legale aplicabile. Perioada de păstrare diferă în funcție de categoria datelor și scopul prelucrării.

a) Datele aferente rezervărilor

Datele necesare efectuării și gestionării rezervărilor sunt păstrate pe perioada necesară administrării rezervării și, ulterior, pentru perioada justificată de obligațiile legale aplicabile sau de necesitatea constatării, exercitării ori apărării unor drepturi.

b) Datele privind plățile și documentele financiar-contabile

Informațiile privind tranzacțiile și documentele care trebuie păstrate potrivit legislației fiscale sau contabile sunt stocate pentru perioadele prevăzute de legislația aplicabilă.

c) Comunicările cu clienții

Mesajele și informațiile transmise prin e-mail sau alte mijloace de comunicare pot fi păstrate atât timp cât este necesar pentru soluționarea solicitării și, după caz, pentru protejarea intereselor legitime ale Time Trap Escape Room.

d) Înregistrările video și audio

Înregistrările realizate prin sistemul de monitorizare video și audio din camera de joc sunt păstrate pentru o perioadă de maximum 30 de zile, după care sunt șterse automat.

Prin excepție, o anumită înregistrare poate fi păstrată pentru o perioadă mai lungă atunci când acest lucru este necesar pentru investigarea unui incident, soluționarea unei reclamații, constatarea, exercitarea sau apărarea unui drept ori îndeplinirea unei obligații legale.

e) Datele utilizate pentru comunicări de marketing

În cazul în care Time Trap Escape Room va introduce în viitor comunicări de marketing bazate pe consimțământ, datele utilizate în acest scop vor fi prelucrate până la retragerea consimțământului sau până când acestea nu mai sunt necesare pentru scopul respectiv, sub rezerva obligațiilor legale aplicabile.

6. Drepturile dumneavoastră

În conformitate cu GDPR și în condițiile prevăzute de legislația aplicabilă, beneficiați de următoarele drepturi cu privire la datele dumneavoastră cu caracter personal:

a) Dreptul de acces
Aveți dreptul de a solicita informații cu privire la datele cu caracter personal pe care le prelucrăm despre dumneavoastră, precum și o copie a acestora, în condițiile prevăzute de lege.

b) Dreptul la rectificare
Aveți dreptul de a solicita corectarea sau completarea datelor cu caracter personal care sunt inexacte sau incomplete.

e) Dreptul la opoziție
Aveți dreptul de a vă opune prelucrării datelor cu caracter personal atunci când prelucrarea se bazează pe interesul legitim, în condițiile prevăzute de GDPR.

f) Dreptul la portabilitatea datelor
În cazurile prevăzute de GDPR, aveți dreptul de a primi datele cu caracter personal pe care ni le-ați furnizat într-un format structurat, utilizat în mod curent și care poate fi citit automat și de a solicita transmiterea acestora către un alt operator, atunci când acest lucru este posibil din punct de vedere tehnic.

g) Dreptul de a retrage consimțământul
Atunci când prelucrarea se bazează pe consimțământ, aveți dreptul de a vă retrage consimțământul în orice moment. Retragerea consimțământului nu afectează legalitatea prelucrării efectuate anterior retragerii acestuia.

h) Dreptul de a vă opune marketingului direct

Depending on how you use the services of Time Trap Escape Room, we may process the following categories of data:

Booking data: surname, first name, email address, telephone number, booking date and time, number of participants and information associated with the booking.

Payment data: information regarding the status and identification of the transaction required to confirm and manage the payment. Online payments are processed through Stripe.

Video and audio data: images and sound captured by the monitoring system in the game room for the purposes described in this Policy.

Data provided when communicating with us: information that you provide when contacting us by telephone, email or other means of communication.

3. Purposes and legal bases of processing

Personal data is processed only to the extent necessary and for the following purposes:

a) Making and managing bookings

We use the information provided to register the booking, identify the customer, send confirmation, communicate any changes and manage requests regarding rescheduling or cancellation, in accordance with the Time Trap Escape Room Terms and Conditions .

b) Processing and confirming payments

Data required for processing online payments is processed through the Stripe payment processor. Time Trap Escape Room may receive information concerning the confirmation, status and identification of the transaction, as required to manage the booking and any refunds.

c) Communication with customers

We may use contact details to respond to enquiries, provide information relating to a booking and communicate any changes affecting the operation of the game.

d) Video and audio monitoring of the game

The game room is monitored by the Game Master using video and audio for participant safety, proper operation of the game and to provide assistance when requested. The system makes video and audio recordings which are retained for a maximum of 30 days and are then automatically deleted.

Legal basis: the legitimate interest of Time Trap Escape Room in ensuring participant safety, protecting persons and property and ensuring the proper operation of the activity.

e) Compliance with legal obligations

Certain data may also be processed and retained when necessary to comply with legal, tax or accounting obligations or to respond to requests from competent authorities.

Legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation applicable to the controller.

f) Commercial and marketing communications

In the future, Time Trap Escape Room may send commercial communications concerning news, offers, promotions, events or services only to persons who have validly consented to receive such communications where consent is required by law.

Data provided for the purpose of making a booking will not automatically be used for marketing merely because a booking was made. Persons who have consented to marketing communications may withdraw their consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

Online payments are processed through Stripe. Data required to perform and confirm payments is processed in accordance with the terms and privacy policy applicable to the payment service.

Time Trap Escape Room does not store complete bank card details in its own system, such as the full card number or CVV code.

c) Technical service providers

Data may be processed, to the extent necessary, by providers responsible for website hosting, operation of the booking system, sending emails and other technical services necessary for the operation of the website and management of bookings.

d) Video and audio monitoring

Access to images and sound transmitted by the system in the game room is limited to the Game Master and, where necessary, persons authorised to administer or maintain the system.

Recordings are not used for marketing purposes and are not made public.

e) Authorities and other entities provided for by law

Data may be disclosed to public authorities, courts or other entities where disclosure is required by law or is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of a legal claim.

5. Storage and retention period

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected and to comply with applicable legal obligations. The retention period varies depending on the category of data and purpose of processing.

a) Booking data

Data required to make and manage bookings is retained for the period necessary to administer the booking and afterwards for the period justified by applicable legal obligations or by the need to establish, exercise or defend legal rights.

b) Payment information and financial/accounting documents

Transaction information and documents which must be retained under tax or accounting legislation are stored for the periods required by applicable law.

c) Customer communications

Messages and information sent by email or other communication methods may be retained for as long as necessary to resolve the request and, where applicable, protect the legitimate interests of Time Trap Escape Room.

d) Video and audio recordings

Recordings made using the video and audio monitoring system in the game room are retained for a maximum period of 30 days, after which they are automatically deleted.

As an exception, a particular recording may be retained for a longer period where necessary to investigate an incident, resolve a complaint, establish, exercise or defend a legal right or comply with a legal obligation.

e) Data used for marketing communications

If Time Trap Escape Room introduces consent-based marketing communications in the future, the data used for this purpose will be processed until consent is withdrawn or until it is no longer necessary for that purpose, subject to applicable legal obligations.
